July 30 #2, this just in... (sound familiar?)
Just spoke with Glenn. He is just now finished with today's extensive dressing change. The wrappings are different as of today -- leaving some areas open where he may apply moisturizer with the instruction "no more scratching!" His nurse was told by the attending physician that Monday will be the day he comes HOME. Have learned not to be too literal with this but I have a good feeling!

Whawhooo! Monday (or even sometime next week) for a homecoming is wonderful news! Get some rest (both of you) - being home has all the warmth and comfort of familiarity, but it takes a bit to shake off the expectation of support that becomes so transparent and seamless after such a long stay. Wish we could be there to support you in the transition!
